https://substack.com/@slimvampire1/note/c-105926758?utm_source=notes-share-action&r=l4ucz I shared some tips on How to Stay Safe at a Protest in a video on IG and TT. It went viral. As an independent journalist, I'd like to move over to Substack. My How to Stay Safe vid is linked above. If it's helpful, I hope you will subscribe, share, and add any tips I may have left out. See you out there. Stay safe.

Great to see so many more protest locations added over the past day. Look at Montana!

Montana is a dark horse. I’m shocked.

This is amazing, but I hope every single one of these is well attended. I fear that stretching ourselves so thin in so many separate locations means media coverage will look like there aren’t many people there. 🤞🏻💙

It's very important that these demonstrations be PEACEFUL. Trump is looking for a reason to declare martial law.

"On January 20, 2025, Trump signed an executive order declaring a national emergency at the southern border.  It gave the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security just 90 days to deliver a joint report on whether he should invoke the Insurrection Act. That deadline is April 20. This wasn’t about immigration. It was about power. The Insurrection Act, passed in 1807, gives the president the authority to deploy the U.S. military on American soil. That means troops in our cities. That means bypassing governors. That means suspending protest rights. That means the death of democratic dissent—under the false pretense of restoring order. "
