Petitions
Petition Against Freezing Federal Aid: Add your name to the petition to show that you OPPOSE Trump freezing federal funds that go toward our children, families, schools, and communities
Petition Against Abolishing the Department of Education: Add your name to a petition by Move On to OPPOSE the dismantling of the Department of Education.
Protests/Strikes
The General Strike: The General Strike is a “network of regular people who know our greatest power is our labor and our right to refuse it. If we all strike together, we can make real change.” They will be launching a strike when 11,000,000 people have registered. Click the link to register.
Visit your Senators: Indivisible is taking its concerns directly to the field offices of Senators in nearly every state this week.
February 5 Protest: A lot have questioned who is behind this protest. The answer: it appears to be a grassroots movement and has recently formed a partnership with Political Revolution a PAC. The protest dates and locations are now on their website.
Still, a lot is unknown about this group. Use caution. Do your research.
Regardless, TOMORROW, let’s get loud online, through phone calls, and emails.

Phone Calls
If you are concerned about the Constitutional crisis taking place, Indivisible has clear, concise action steps you can take to pressure our representatives.
Scroll to the blue section entitled “What Senate Democrats Must Do” for clear asks you can make while calling. Two sections down, they provide links to email or call.
General Phone Calls
Phone calls are a powerful tool. They can be nerve-racking, I know, but our voices put a halt to the spending freeze last week.
CHALLENGE: Call or email three national representatives and three state representatives this week.
