Do you have suggestions on how I can reach out - possibly discretely - to find other likeminded folks? I would love to have gatherings/town hall meetings where we share ideas and form a movement. I think blue dots really want to have something meaningful and productive to move towards but aren't sure where to start or what to do, short of calling our reps - and I don't know how many others are even doing that. TYIA for any suggestions!
A couple of ways would be to hop onto virtual Indivisible, SURJ, Move On, etc. events for your state. You may be able to discover allies. The second is through your democratic party. Another may be (if you are religiously inclined) through some of the more social justice-minded denominations (Episcopalian for example). The organizers of marches be able to connect you as well.
