New organizations are being founded because many established ones are not organizing rapidly enough. Most of the emails I get are for petitions or asks for donations. This group has arisen out of that vacuum, as has the 50501 movement.
The protests in your state page is not being kept up. I'd love to find out where in California 2/17 day protests are happening. We went to Sacramento last week, but its really far for us and not sustainable in the long run. Once a month okay, once a week - too much!

There is a National Day of Protest on Saturday, February 22nd. In Los Angeles it is located in West Hollywood from 12-4pm.
