With respect to the special elections in FL-01 and FL-06, Field Team 6 (www.filedteam6.org) has postcard campaigns in each district to register new voters. FT6 has a pretty good track record for identifying people who register as a Democrat or a progressive-leaning independent. The FL voter registration to participate in the Special election is March 3, so the deadline to mail your postcards is Feb 24.
